These Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees, visitors, ticket holders, campers, exhibitors, traders, sponsors, contractors and participants attending The Only Way Is SX ("TOWI SX").
By purchasing a ticket, entering the event site, or participating in any aspect of the event, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Event Entry
A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
Tickets may be presented digitally or in printed format.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not hold a valid ticket or who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Ticket Holder Responsibility
Ticket holders are responsible for ensuring that all booking information, attendee details and contact information are accurate at the time of purchase.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for losses arising from incorrect information supplied during the booking process.
Admission & Security
All attendees may be subject to bag searches, vehicle searches or security checks upon entry.
Failure to cooperate with event staff or security personnel may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, threatening, disruptive, illegal, intoxicated or likely to negatively impact the safety or enjoyment of others.
No refund will be provided where entry is refused or an attendee is removed from the event.
Children
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the welfare, behaviour and safety of children attending the event.
Photography, Filming & Media
TOWI SX may be photographed, filmed or recorded by the organiser, sponsors, partners, media organisations and authorised content creators.
By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video footage and audio recordings may capture your image, likeness or voice.
Such content may be used for promotional, marketing, advertising, editorial and commercial purposes across websites, social media platforms, printed materials, broadcast media and future event promotions without compensation.
Event Programme
The organiser reserves the right to amend event schedules, race classes, entertainment, rider appearances, attractions, activities, exhibitors, traders, sponsors, venue layouts and event content without prior notice.
Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
Weather
TOWI SX is an outdoor event and will proceed in all weather conditions unless the organiser determines that conditions present a genuine safety risk.
Rain, wind, mud or other adverse weather conditions do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Camping
Camping is only available to attendees holding a valid event ticket and camping pass.
Campers must follow all instructions issued by event staff.
Open fires, dangerous equipment, illegal substances and any activity that may endanger other attendees are strictly prohibited.
The organiser reserves the right to remove any camper who breaches these rules.
Vehicles & Parking
Vehicles are parked and left onsite entirely at the owner's risk.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
Attendees must follow all parking instructions issued by event staff and marshals.
Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
The organiser shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal property brought onto the event site.
Prohibited Items
The organiser reserves the right to prohibit any item considered dangerous, illegal, offensive or likely to cause disruption to the event.
Any prohibited item may be confiscated and removed from the event site.
Health & Safety
Attendees enter the event site at their own risk.
Motorsport activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury, serious injury or death.
Attendees must follow all safety instructions, signage, barriers and directions issued by event staff, marshals, security personnel and emergency services.
Restricted areas must not be entered under any circumstances unless authorised.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to this, the organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage, injury, expense or inconvenience arising from attendance at the event.
Force Majeure
The organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, interruption or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, flooding, fire, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, acts of terrorism, venue restrictions, utility failures or any other unforeseen event.
Sponsors, Traders & Exhibitors
Sponsors, traders and exhibitors remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws, licences, permits, insurance requirements and health and safety obligations relevant to their activities.
The organiser reserves the right to remove any trader, exhibitor or sponsor who breaches these requirements.
Amendments
The organiser reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary.
The latest version will always be published on the official event website.
