Accessibility Information

Last Updated: June 2026

At The Only Way Is SX (TOWI SX), we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all attendees.

As an outdoor motorsport and festival event, some areas of the venue may present accessibility challenges due to uneven ground, grass, mud, weather conditions and the nature of the event. However, we will make reasonable adjustments wherever possible to support attendees with access requirements.

Accessibility Enquiries

If you have any accessibility requirements or require additional assistance in order to attend the event, please contact us before purchasing tickets or attending the event.

Email: info@towi-sx.co.uk

Our team will review each request individually and work with you to understand your requirements and determine what support may be available.

Essential Companion / Carer Tickets

TOWI SX recognises that some attendees may require the support of an essential companion or carer in order to attend and enjoy the event safely.

Where appropriate, a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket may be issued.

To request an Essential Companion Ticket, the attendee must contact the event team in advance of the event at:

Email: info@towi-sx.co.uk

All requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:

  • The person requiring support must hold a valid purchased event ticket.

  • Essential Companion Tickets are issued solely to support the accessibility needs of the ticket holder.

  • Supporting documentation may be requested as part of the assessment process.

  • Approved attendees may be required to present supporting evidence upon arrival at the event.

  • Essential Companion Tickets have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged.

  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse requests where eligibility requirements are not met or where sufficient supporting information is not provided.

We encourage attendees requiring accessibility support to contact us as early as possible to allow adequate time for arrangements to be made.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking will be available for Blue Badge holders and attendees with approved accessibility requirements.

These spaces will be located as close as reasonably possible to the main entrance, subject to site and operational requirements.

Availability may be limited and advance notification is strongly recommended.

Please note that possession of a Blue Badge does not automatically qualify an attendee for an Essential Companion Ticket. Each request will be assessed individually based on the attendee's access requirements.

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilet facilities will be provided throughout the event site and clearly identified on the official Event Map.

Where required, access arrangements and location information will be provided by event staff upon arrival.

Medical Requirements

Attendees requiring support for medical conditions, including refrigerated medication, medical equipment, mobility scooters, mobility aids or access to power supplies, should contact the event team in advance so that reasonable arrangements can be explored.

Whilst every effort will be made to assist, not all requests may be possible due to venue or operational constraints.

Assistance Dogs

Registered assistance dogs are welcome at the event.

Owners remain responsible for the welfare and supervision of their assistance dog at all times.

Please contact us before attending if additional support is required. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.

Viewing Areas

Where operationally possible, accessible viewing areas may be provided for attendees with mobility requirements.

Availability may be limited and cannot be guaranteed.

Please contact the event team before attending to discuss your requirements.

Event Environment

TOWI SX is an outdoor motorsport event and attendees should be aware that:

  • Ground conditions may vary due to weather conditions.

  • Some areas may be uneven, muddy or difficult to navigate.

  • The event involves loud engines, public address systems, music, entertainment and large crowds.

  • Certain viewing areas may become congested during peak periods.

  • Weather conditions may affect accessibility across parts of the venue.

We encourage attendees with accessibility requirements to contact us in advance so that we can provide the most accurate information possible and discuss any support that may be available.

Continuous Improvement

We are committed to improving accessibility wherever reasonably possible and welcome feedback from attendees regarding their experience.
