Shipping policy

TOWI SX tickets, camping passes and hospitality bookings are delivered electronically via email.

Customers will receive their booking confirmation and digital tickets following successful payment.

No physical tickets are issued unless otherwise stated.

If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, please contact info@towi-sx.co.uk.

Merchandise orders (where applicable) may be subject to separate shipping arrangements which will be stated at the time of purchase.
