Thank you for purchasing tickets for TSX. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.

By purchasing a ticket, camping pass, hospitality package, or any event-related add-on, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Event Tickets

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, except where the event is cancelled by the organiser and no alternative date is provided.

Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your purchase.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets may not be transferred, resold, exchanged or reassigned to another attendee.

Any attempt to transfer, resell or otherwise redistribute tickets without the organiser's written consent may result in the ticket being cancelled without refund.

Camping Passes

Camping passes are sold as an add-on to a valid event ticket and cannot be purchased separately.

Camping passes are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, except where the event is cancelled by the organiser and no alternative date is provided.

Hospitality Packages & Event Add-Ons

Hospitality packages and any event-related add-ons are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, except where the event is cancelled by the organiser and no alternative date is provided.

Event Cancellation

If TSX is cancelled by the organiser and no alternative date is provided, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of their ticket.

The organiser reserves the right to deduct any booking, administration, transaction or third-party processing fees where permitted by law.

Event Postponement

If the event is postponed, all tickets, camping passes, hospitality packages and event add-ons will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date.

Refunds will not be issued in the event of postponement or rescheduling.

Weather Policy

TSX is an outdoor event and will proceed in all weather conditions, including rain, wind, mud and adverse riding conditions, unless the organiser determines that conditions present a genuine safety risk to attendees, riders, staff, contractors or spectators.

Unfavourable weather conditions do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Changes To The Event

The organiser reserves the right to amend the event programme, schedule, race classes, entertainment, activities, attractions, venue layout, exhibitors, traders, sponsors, competitors, riders or advertised content where reasonably necessary.

Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

Travel & Accommodation

The organiser shall not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, parking, fuel, camping equipment, vehicle hire or other costs incurred by attendees in connection with the event.

Ticket Holder Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that all booking details, attendee information and contact information are accurate at the time of purchase.

TSX shall not be responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information supplied during the booking process.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Tickets

Lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged tickets may not be eligible for replacement.

Ticket holders should retain their booking confirmation and present a valid ticket upon entry.

Refusal Of Entry

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, threatening, disruptive, illegal, intoxicated or likely to negatively impact the safety, welfare or enjoyment of other attendees.

No refund will be provided where entry is refused or an attendee is removed from the event due to a breach of these terms.

Force Majeure

The organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, interruption or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, flooding, fire, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, acts of terrorism, venue restrictions, utility failures or any other unforeseen event.

Where reasonably possible, the organiser will seek to reschedule the event and all valid tickets will remain valid for the revised date.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact TSX directly regarding any booking issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their card provider.

Refund requests will be assessed strictly in accordance with this policy.
