The Only Way Is SX ("TOWI SX") is a motorsport event that includes supercross, motocross and associated activities.
Motorsport is inherently dangerous and involves significant risks, including but not limited to serious injury, permanent disability and death.
By attending, participating in, competing at, exhibiting at, sponsoring or otherwise entering the event site, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Attendance At Your Own Risk
All attendees enter and remain on the event site entirely at their own risk.
Whilst TOWI SX takes reasonable steps to provide a safe environment through event management, security personnel, medical provision, safety barriers, signage and operational procedures, no guarantee can be made that the event site will be free from hazards or risks.
Attendees are responsible for exercising reasonable care and caution at all times.
Motorsport Risks
Motorsport activities involve inherent risks that cannot be entirely eliminated, including:

Vehicle collisions

Rider incidents and crashes

Flying debris
-
Dust, mud and loose surfaces

Mechanical failures
-
Noise exposure
-
Weather-related hazards
-
Slips, trips and falls
-
Crowding and spectator movement
By attending the event, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Competitors & Riders
All competitors are responsible for ensuring they hold the appropriate licences, registrations, memberships, permits and insurance required by the relevant governing body and event regulations.
Competitors participate entirely at their own risk.
TOWI SX accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, damage or expense suffered by any competitor arising from participation in the event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Competitors are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.
Medical Fitness
All attendees, riders, campers, exhibitors, traders and staff are responsible for assessing their own medical fitness before attending the event.
Anyone suffering from a medical condition that may be affected by noise, crowds, weather conditions, physical exertion or other event-related activities should seek appropriate medical advice before attending.
Emergency Medical Treatment
In the event of an accident, injury or medical emergency, authorised medical personnel may provide treatment considered necessary and appropriate in the circumstances.
TOWI SX cannot guarantee immediate medical assistance in all situations due to the nature and scale of the event.
Security
Security personnel may be present throughout the event site.
All attendees must comply with instructions issued by event staff, security personnel, marshals, medical teams, emergency services and authorised representatives.
Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the event without refund.
Personal Responsibility
Attendees are responsible for:

Their own safety and wellbeing

The supervision of children in their care

Following event signage and instructions

Remaining within authorised spectator areas

Respecting safety barriers and restricted zones
Restricted areas must not be entered without authorisation.
Personal Property
All personal belongings, vehicles, camping equipment and other possessions are brought onto the event site entirely at the owner's risk.
TOWI SX accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
Alcohol, Drugs & Dangerous Behaviour
Anyone behaving in a manner considered dangerous, aggressive, reckless, abusive or disruptive may be refused entry or removed from the event site.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
The organiser reserves the right to involve law enforcement where appropriate.
Limitation Of Liability
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to this, TOWI SX, its organisers, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, partners, exhibitors and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, claim, cost or expense arising from attendance at or participation in the event.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Property damage

Vehicle damage

Theft
-
Loss of earnings

Travel expenses

Accommodation expenses

Indirect or consequential losses

By purchasing a ticket, entering the event site, competing, exhibiting, sponsoring or otherwise participating in TOWI SX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Medical, Safety & Liability Disclaimer.
